Privacy Policy
This website is built to collect as little data as possible. All calculations run in your browser. What you type into the calculators is not sent to a server. No cookies are set, no fonts, scripts or images are loaded from third parties, and no data is shared with third parties.

2. Hosting and server log files
The website runs on our own server at Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany (data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, no transfer to third countries). When you open a page, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested address, status code, amount of data, browser and operating system, and the referring page. The purpose is operation, security and troubleshooting. The data is kept only briefly and is not combined with other data. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Storage in your browser (localStorage)
So that your entries survive a page reload, the calculators keep them in your browser's local storage: times, breaks, settings, time clock punches and the chosen color theme. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted, and can be removed at any time with "Clear" or in your browser settings.
4. Shared links
"Copy link" writes your entries into the part of the address after the # sign. Browsers do not send this part to the server. Anyone who receives the link can see the entries.
5. Analytics (Matomo) and your objection
To improve this service we run the open-source software Matomo on our own server (matomo.heimseiten.com, also at Hetzner in Germany). Matomo sets no cookies, truncates your IP address before storing it and respects the browser setting "Do Not Track". It records the page, the referring page, the approximate region, device type and browser; the data is not shared with third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
